The location was conveniently near the beach.

We experienced a foul odor in our initial room, which was extremely disappointing. Moreover, upon inspection, we discovered bed bugs, leading us to vacate the premises and incur additional costs elsewhere. The handling of our concerns was dismissive, which tarnished what could have been a pleasant stay.

Request a room away from the bar for quieter nights, especially if traveling with family.

Wow! I was pleasantly surprised by my stay! The staff was exceptionally friendly, making check-in a breeze. My King Room was clean and equipped with a kitchenette, which was a delightful surprise. Breakfast offered some tasty options like sausage, eggs, and waffles. An outstanding location just a short walk to the beach!

I had a nice time here as it was quiet during my stay and just a few steps from public beach parking, making it easy to hit the sand whenever I wanted. plus, the Padre Island National Seashore was almost 2 km away, giving me plenty of scenic walking options to enjoy the coastal views.

Check-in process could improve. I had to wait over half an hour past the stated time!!! The parking slots were rather tight for larger vehicles, making maneuvering difficult!!!

Staff offered excellent service, ensuring we had what we needed and the small full kitchen was a bonus for cooking meals. The hotel’s proximity to Padre Island National Seashore made it a perfect spot for our family. However, the room was not adequately cleaned upon arrival, with stains on the sheets and rust on the appliances. The breakfast options were limited and disappointing, particularly the undercooked bacon and the long wait for waffles.

The location across from the beach made it super convenient to enjoy the sun and sand, and having a kitchen in our King Room was a huge plus. Easy check-in process made us feel welcomed right away. Breakfast was decent, with sausage, eggs, and waffles ready each morning. Staff were friendly and attentive, always there to address our needs. However, the parking situation was a hassle. there were limited spaces, and sometimes we had to park down the street. The room could’ve used some updates – I noticed the carpets were stained and a strange smell lingered throughout our stay. Housekeeping didn’t come during our six nights, so we had to ask for clean towels and linens. Our seating options were minimal with just two hard chairs and the bed. Overall, an okay stay but some improvements are definitely needed, especially regarding cleanliness and parking accessibility.

The breakfast facilities could use expanding but the

breakfast was awesome! The staff was welcoming and amazing to work with. The entrance was quite deceiving, I didn’t expect it to be as amazing as our one-bedroom suite with a 2nd queen and pull out couch was. Overall an awesome bang for your buck.

Family getaway done right

Bacon on request was an unexpected bonus at breakfast each morning! The room's kitchenette had a full sized electric stove and refrig as well as plates, silverware and cooking equipment for meals in.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but honestly it was still acceptable for what we received.

We had a fantastic family stay here! The room was a spacious setup with a queen bed in one area and another queen bed in a separate section for the kids. Plus, it was clean and offered hot water, which we appreciated after long beach days. The beach was just a short walk away, making it super convenient for us to rinse off with the free showers provided.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast selection could be better. Having more variety would help families like ours start the day off right with the kids.
